E man, you might want to format the blog so that readers can go back a few pages to read previous posts. :) Currently, they can only get there via the link in the sidebar.

In 20.29 miles, you most certainly burned more than 400 cals. Moderate indoor training burns about that much in a half hour, and that's for a woman.
